Costume Designer – Kendra Faith

Kendra Faith is currently in her third and final year of pursuing her MFA in costume design at UNLV. She graduated in May 2020 with a BA in theatre design from the University of Omaha, Nebraska. She has worked in multiple theatres, including The BlueBarn Theatre, The Nebraska Shakespeare Festival, as well as Utah Festival Opera. In 2019, Kendra designed the costumes for the world premiere show at the BlueBarn Theatre, Red Summer, written by Beaufield Berry, for which she won Outstanding Costume Design for the Omaha Entertainment and Arts. Last year as part of her graduate work, she designed The Beaux Strategem and A Midsummer Night’s Dream for Nevada Conservatory Theatre. This past summer, she returned to the Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre Company in Logan, UT as a design assistant. She is very excited to finish her education and hopes to work all over the world, creating beautiful designs and sharing stories.
