Mariya Radeva-Nedyalkova holds a MFA in design and technology for theatre from UNLV. She had designed costumes for all of APF’s Mainstage Productions to-date. Her design credits with NCT include: A Streetcar Named Desire; The Seagull; A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum; On the Verge; Arcadia; and Equus. As a resident at The Rainbow Company Youth Theatre, she created the costumes for Wizard of Oz, The Reluctant Dragon, Peter Pan (co-produced with NCT), Suessical, Bridge to Terabithia, A Year with Frog and Toad, The Nightingale, Mr. Popper’s Penguins, Meet me in St. Louis and The Nevada Series. Mariya has also spent the past two summers in Arkansas working as Costume Designer & Costume Shop Manager for the Opera in the Ozarks. She is designed costumes for the opera’s productions of Pinocchio, Jack and the Beanstalk, Don Giovanni, Albert Herring, Il Tabarro, Pagliacci, Le Nozze di Figaro, Carmen and Susannah. Currently, Mariya is also teaching Costume Construction at CSN.
