DeVaughn Robinson, Jr.

DeVaughn Robinson, Jr. is a member of the Alumni Theater Company and a winner of the honorable Shyne Award. DeVaughn began his career when he was 12 when his first original play Backstage Stories was performed twice in 2008: during Carnegie Mellon Univ. “Playground” series and again by the Alumni Theatre Company starring Bill Nunn. In 2013, DeVaughn was one of the winners for the Shakespeare Monologue Competition at the Pittsburgh Public Theater for his portrayal of Hamlet. In 2017, he made his film debut in Steeltown Entertainments Rehabilitation of the Hill directed by Demetrius Wren starring Harry Lenix. DeVaughn is excited to be back on stage making his debut with A Public Fit!
