Barbara King is delighted to be part of an APf production once again! She has previously graced the stage in mainstage productions August: Osage County (as Mattie Fae) and Wit (as E.M. Ashford), as well as a staged reading of Three Tall Women (as B). With over 20 years of experience in the Las Vegas theatre scene, Barbara has collaborated with many prominent theatre companies. Her favorite roles span from comedy to tragedy, including: John W. Powell in Men on Boats (Vegas Theater Co.); Mrs. Boyle in The Mousetrap (Signature Productions); Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest (Onyx); Meg in The Birthday Party (Cockroach); Helga ten Dorp in Deathtrap, Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit, and Lady Tennant in Orpheus Descending (all LVLT). She emigrated from England fifty years ago, and how the time has flown by! Performing and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Margot, bring her immense joy.
