Joe Basso has been a fixture in the Las Vegas theatre scene for over a decade. You may remember him in the role of Biff in the 2013 production of Death of a Salesman. He followed that up the following year by playing the title character in Edmond. More recent credits include the role of Stan in the production of Sweat (winner of the Las Vegas Valley Theatre Award for Best Play in 2019), Ricky Roma in Glengarry Glen Ross, and the role of Hornbeck in last year’s production of Inherit the Wind. The Minutes marks Joe’s mainstage debut with A Public Fit. He was previously in APf’s staged reading of Stop Kiss in 2022. Joe is thrilled to finally be working with directors Ann-Marie Pereth and Joseph Kucan and is grateful for their trust in portraying Mr. Carp. Lastly, Joe would like to sincerely thank his wife, Rachelle, and daughter, Frankie, for their continued love, support, and patience during this journey.
